    For our valued International Customers, we offer the following services: First Class International Package Service, Priority Mail, and Priority Express Mail and UPS Worldwide

    Please note that First Class Mail International is not traceable nor insured and assumes no liability for lost or damaged orders if this option is chosen. Please choose wisely here as we have had numerous International First Class packages go missing or be severely delayed. Priority Mail offers more accurate tracking and insurance up to $100.00. Express mail is trackable and can be insured to the full value of your order. UPS while more expensive is time specific and fully trackable. Default insurance coverage is applicable applied to the method selected.

    First Class International Package Service

    • Pricing Based on weight (ounces) and destination country.
    • Delivery time: Varies by country but generally takes between 7 and 21 days. USPS does not guarantee delivery time.
    • Package Weight: 4 lbs. maximum
    • Package Size: Maximum combined length, height, and width is 36"
    • Minimal Tracking and Insurance is not available

    Priority Mail International

    • Delivery in 6 to 10 business days
    • Includes USPS Tracking™
    • Includes indemnity against loss, damage, or missing contents. Coverage is calculated based on the weight of the package or the value of the contents, whichever is less as determined by the Post Office.
    • Max. length 60", max. length plus girth combined 108"

    Priority Mail Express International

    • Delivery in 3 to 5 business days
    • Includes USPS Tracking™. Full value Insurance available. Please contact us for a quote if you desire to insure.
    • Max. length 36", max. length plus girth 79"

    Duties – International Orders

    Most of the models that we sell are made in China. We encourage you to inquire with your country's Customs authorities prior to completing your online order for any duties/taxes that may be imposed upon delivery. Some countries impose severe import duties or taxes on any imports manufactured in China. Note that any duty, import, or customs tax that may be imposed by a government upon its residents shall remain the responsibility of the individual customer.

    Returns, Exchanges, Claims, and Refunds


    We guarantee all items we sell are free of manufacturing defects (other than inconspicuous manufacturing defects not visible to the naked eye) for 7 days after receipt. Should you receive a defective item, please contact us via email at [email protected]. We will approve the return, provide an RMA and forward a return label. Returned items must be in their original packaging and the same condition as received.


    Should you wish to return any non-defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by email at [email protected]. Please include the order number, the item to be returned, and the reason for the return. Upon approval, the item may be returned to us at the customer’s expense. A full refund, less original shipping charges, will be made as soon as received.

    Any item approved for return after the 7-day guarantee is subject to a 20% restocking fee.

    All refunds will be provided in the manner in which payment was received.

    Damaged Goods

    International orders, which are sometimes opened for inspection by third parties are more susceptible to damage. We highly recommend insurance on these types of orders. Insureance of $100.00 is included on most methods of shipping other than First Class. Orders that are received damaged without insurance are not the responsibility of We will do our best to help replace these items if possible at the customers expense.

    Should you find damage to any item(s) caused in transit, please contact the shipping carrier immediately and file a claim. Also, notify us at [email protected] and alert us to the issue. If replacement stock is available, we will secure stock for an exchange. Under no conditions will exchange or refund any damaged item caused by the carrier until a claim has been filed with the shipping carrier. We are happy to assist with this process if needed. Items that arrive damaged and were shipped without Insurance are non-refundable
