CS100
The Bombardier CS100, now known as the Airbus A220-100, is a next-generation narrow-body airliner designed for short- to medium-haul routes. Developed by Bombardier Aerospace and first flown in 2013, it offers advanced aerodynamics, composite materials, and new-generation engines for exceptional efficiency. Powered by two Pratt & Whitney PW1500G geared turbofan engines, it has a maximum takeoff weight of 60,800 kg (134,000 lbs) and a range of up to 5,740 km (3,100 nautical miles). The CS100 typically seats 108 to 135 passengers in a two-class configuration and cruises at 870 km/h (470 knots). Its quiet cabin, large windows, and superior fuel economy make it one of the most comfortable and efficient aircraft in its class.
