B737-800
The Boeing 737-800 is the best-selling variant of the Boeing 737 Next Generation (NG) family and one of the most commercially successful commercial aircraft ever produced. Introduced in 1998, the 737-800 features a fuselage stretched compared to the 737-700, accommodating up to 189 passengers in a single-class configuration. Powered by two CFM International CFM56-7B27 turbofan engines and equipped with blended winglets as standard on most deliveries, the 737-800 offers a range of up to 2,935 nautical miles and outstanding fuel efficiency. The aircraft features a modern glass cockpit and a spacious cabin with large overhead bins. It is widely operated by low-cost carriers and full-service airlines alike, including Ryanair, which operates the world's largest 737-800 fleet, as well as American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, and numerous carriers worldwide. With over 5,000 aircraft delivered, the 737-800 dominates the short- to medium-haul narrowbody segment and continues to serve as the backbone of fleets across every major aviation market.
