      F100

The Fokker 100 is a twin-engine, short- to medium-haul regional jet developed by the Dutch manufacturer Fokker. First introduced in 1988, it was designed as a modern successor to the Fokker F28. The aircraft features a seating capacity of up to 107 passengers and a range of approximately 1,700 nautical miles. It is equipped with two Rolls-Royce Tay turbofan engines, providing efficient and reliable performance. The Fokker 100 features a T-tail design, advanced avionics, and a spacious cabin that offers passengers a comfortable flying experience. The aircraft was widely used by regional and national carriers in Europe, the Americas, and Asia-Pacific. Although Fokker ceased operations in 1996, many Fokker 100s remain in active service today, valued for their fuel efficiency, reliability, and ability to operate from shorter runways. The Fokker 100 is remembered as one of the most successful regional jets of its era.
